The ideal candidate will have a customer service background and a track record of satisfying customers in the automotive industry.
The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, accurately imputing required information into our CDK DMS, scheduling appointments, performing walk arounds and providing accurate estimates for services using service pricing guide.
The successful candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks while maintaining a positive attitude, camaraderie with co-workers and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide them with information about mileage-based services offered Walk around vehicles to identify any additional repairs needed Provide estimates of repair costs and timeframes Schedule appointments for customers Accurately record customer and vehicle information into our DMS Complete booking of repair orders to match the estimate provided Keep our customers informed of the status of their vehicle Communicate with technicians, parts and other staff members the committed promise time for the vehicle to be returned to the customer Meet or exceed all production requirements Job Type:
