You will be instrumental in creating and implementing events and activities, preparing the Activity Calendar and Newsletter.
You will develop and lead activities.
You will also be interacting with families, fellow associates, physicians, pharmacies and other visitors on a daily basis, so we expect you to be professional and caring.
We'll expect you to contribute to the team effort by being flexible in work assignments, taking the initiative to furnish support in all situations, meet our attendance expectations and maintain an appropriate work pace to meet established schedules.
You'll be providing some ADL assistance for our Residents, including transferring as needed.
We may also ask you to assist with Resident's personal environments, activities, meal preparation/presentation and other tasks to ensure the Resident's comfort and contentment.
