- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient customer service - Manage and supervise shop staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations - Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies to ensure stock availability - Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed decisions on product selection and pricing - Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Utilize phone etiquette skills to provide excellent customer service over the phone - Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and report generation - Use math skills to calculate sales totals, discounts, and change accurately - Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively - Implement time management techniques to meet deadlines and maximize productivity
Qualifications:
