Modern office setting Shop setting Growth opportunities We are looking for a Parts Department Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming parts, talking with customers, shipping parts, stocking parts, matching paperwork to parts, etc.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks such as matching purchase orders and packing slips Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with inventory at certain times of the year Provide technicians with parts they request Provide general support to department staff.
