Purchasing Assistant

The ideal candidate will have experience in the purchasing field, be highly organized and detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.
The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Director of Procurement and other management members with purchasing functions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of purchases and invoices.
Compare and evaluate quotes from multiple suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and order products as requested/necessary.
Ensure that all orders are received in a timely manner and are accurate.
Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure quality of service and products.
Prepare purchase orders and other related documents.
Prepare daily and weekly reports for Management Job Type:
